1. Recruiter is responsible for finding relevant profile through Job portal / social media / Linkedin.-
2. Basically end to end recruitment (Screening , Visa process, Deployment) for Bulk Hiring (Blue & White collar) category.
3. Recruiter will source, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews and negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates. Scheduledig interview online / Offline .
4. Prepare Weekly / Monthly / Yearly reports of recruitment activities.
5. Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary needs of the requirements.
6. Reach out to passive candidates through networking, head hunting and cold calling. Follow up for feedbacks on shared resumes and pending updates.
7. Discuss with Manager / Management requirement related query.-
8. Also do coordinate with associate on shared requirement .
