1. sourcing and talent identification:

- utilize various channels (job boards, social media, internal databases) to identify and attract top talent.

- develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

2. recruitment process:

- manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition to onboarding.

- conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.

- coordinate and conduct candidate assessments and reference checks.

3. communication skills:

- effectively communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

- maintain clear and open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

4. document collection:

- collect and review candidate documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

5. offer management:

- negotiate salary and other employment terms to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.

- facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.

6. relationship building:

- build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and team leaders.

- partner with departments to understand their specific recruitment needs and challenges.

7. talent acquisition strategies:

- stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

8. data analysis:

- use data and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
