Hire and manage 10 Student Selectors within your assigned district.

Oversee the recruitment and management of Student Selectors who will select students for our scholarship program.

Handle end-to-end HR operations for your district.

Submit regular reports directly to the HR Head / Office / Project Director.

Ensure smooth coordination between Student Selectors and the company.
