hr head roles and responsibilities
- responsible to manage and execute the hr systems in the organization
- to manage and set all the departments and their work in the organization
- to bridge the gap which are there in the existing systems and process of all the departments
- plan and develop new ways and strategies for the replacement of the existing systems and processes
- make the team members more productive and efficient
- check and submit timely reports of all the team members and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- will be responsible to manage and execute the new systems, formats and process in the organization
- organizing training & development sessions for employee
- coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- managing and orienting employees
requirements:
- mba in hr preferred
- excellent spoken and written english
- excellent knowledge of ms-office
- should know to prepare presentations
- excellent inter-personnel, analytical, problem solving skills
- should be a multitasker
- self-motivated, goal oriented
- ability to work in high pressure environment
