between 8 and 12 years of experience in handling people and teams in the technical domain, for resources with varied levels of professional experience
roles and responsibilities:
• must have experience as a people manager in leading teams with proven proficiency in team building skills people management competency development
• demonstrable track record of exceptional team management skills including– but not limited to –team building and support mentoring review appraisals grievance handling team activities etc.
• must possess extensive experience with the service delivery model and exposure to highly collaborative environments
• must be able to handle multiple tasks ongoing processes at one time and prioritize them as required with a focus on timely and quality delivery while working on people development and growth at the same time
• must have exceptional negotiation interpersonal skills and relationship- building ability with a strong experience in stakeholder management across levels and global teams
• an understanding of product life cycle management sdlc agile/scrum approach would be an added advantage
• knowledge of pharma regulatory/clinical landscape would be an added advantage
• prior experience with pharma regulatory systems / tools (submissions documents regulatory intelligence labelling & artwork management regulatory information) would be an added advantage
• must have excellent technology skills and a strong competence in basic computer applications like ms office suite / office 365: word excel powerpoint outlook etc.
• must have outstanding communication presentation and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels across all locations
• must be able to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment while showcasing exemplary individual output
