Responsibilities:
*lead the organization’s recruitment, employee experience, payroll processing, policy compliance, culture, performance management, etc.
â— Partner with business for workforce planning, leadership development and talent retention
â— Design programs proactively to promote the colleague engagement and satisfaction
â— Lead the end to end hiring process; attract top talent and conduct salary discussion with selected candidates
â— Manage the employee on-boarding and off-boarding experience
â— Maintain HR policies and communicate the same regularly

◠Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and other relevant areas
