Responsibilities:
*lead the organization’s recruitment, employee experience, payroll processing, policy compliance, culture, performance management, etc.
● Partner with business for workforce planning, leadership development and talent retention
● Design programs proactively to promote the colleague engagement and satisfaction
● Lead the end to end hiring process; attract top talent and conduct salary discussion with selected candidates
● Manage the employee on-boarding and off-boarding experience
● Maintain HR policies and communicate the same regularly

● Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and other relevant areas
● Manage the rewards and recognition program
