We are looking for HR Intern for our company

Qualification: MBA(HR)

Roles and Responsibilities :

3 Months (Performance-based will be considered for Full-time role if Intern wish to join us)

1) End To End Recruitment; A)Sourcing and Screening the resumes / telephonic interview with candidates. B) Coordinating interviews with the Hiring Managers.

Manage end to end recruitment process

Sourcing Candidates through different Job portals,

Thoroughly screening and validating the profiles according to client requirements.

Scheduling interviews for relevant candidates and following up till the date of joining.

Manage client, candidate coordination and maintain the database.
