Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

Scheduling interviews

Following up on the interview process status

Managing pre & post on boarding activities.

Managing end-to-end background check.

Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.

Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft office
