As an executive recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing job candidates for open positions. Your goal will be to always meet the organization's needs by finding candidates that match their culture and open job positions.

Responsibilities:

1. Mapping role criteria, defining position description, and documenting specifications

2. Tracking and identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels

3. Conducting the first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews

4. Offering guidance and facilitating the negotiation process through to its completion Skill(s) required
