· Should be experienced in IT Recruitment

· Good in English verbal and written communication

· Deep understanding of recruitment processes

· Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels . , , LinkedIn, References, HR Communities, Manage Database

· Should have experienced to work on HRMS and MS-Excel

· Strong knowledge of Employee life cycle.
