ü ensuring training certification is done as per norms
ü induction , full and final settlement
ü prepare hr letters/ documents
ü ensure statutory compliance for pf withdrawal, monthly challans
ü knowledge of epf, esi, pt, bonus, gratuity
ü payroll process, preparing salary slips
ü employee engagement
ü maintain training records, training needs and facilitate further employee training
ü maintain /update leave record
ü capacity to handle the work pressure and targets
ü excellent communication skills.
