· Salary Range: - 3 lacs PA

Job Description:-

v CHANGE MANAGEMENT / HR TRANSFORMATION / OD INTERVENTIONS :

Coordinate for JKIL departmental processes improvisation and change management through HR Projects / Interventions

Support in all tasks/activities for HR Digitization & Automation implementation

v INDUCTION & CONFIRMATION :

Coordinate in organizing HR Induction Programmer & Orientation of new hires

Process New Hire Feedback & prepare analysis report

Process probation evaluation and confirmation process of all employees as per SLA

Prepare & Issue a probation extension notice/confirmation letter to the employee

v TALENT MANAGEMENT :

Experience : 3 - 7 Years
