Job description

We are hiring a HR executive to join our team at Vision India Insurance, as a HR executive you will be responsible for an whole recruitment process , from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications And Skills

1. Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language

2. Deep understanding of recruitment and selection processes

3. Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods

4. Strong decision-making skills

5. Provide administrative support

6. Coordinating office activities

7. Basic computer skills

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Design and update job descriptions

2. Source potential candidates from various online channels

3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms

5. Interview the candidates

6. Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally

7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

8. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

9. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ?10,000- ?15, per month
