HR Executive (1-3 Years)

We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources and be ready to contribute to our dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Recruitment and Staffing:** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers to ensure that we attract the best talent.

- **Onboarding and Orientation:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by conducting orientation sessions, preparing training materials, and helping them integrate smoothly into the company culture.

- **Employee Relations:** Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures, addressing any concerns or queries to foster a positive workplace environment.

- **Performance Management:** Help implement the performance review process by coordinating evaluations, collecting feedback, and assisting managers in developing employee growth plans.

- **HR Documentation:** Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, attendance, and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Familiarity with HR software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. The ability to handle confidential information with integrity is crucial. Additionally, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail will contribute to success in this role. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
