HR Executive Job Description:* *Position:* HR Executive *Responsibilities:* 1. *Recruitment:* Identify and recruit potential candidates with knowledge and experience in sales and recruitment. 2. *Interviewing:* Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for sales roles within the company. 3. *Onboarding:* Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring smooth integration into the company. 4. *Salary Account Opening:* Coordinate with banking partners to open salary accounts for each onboarded candidate. 5. *Revenue Generation:* Understand and contribute to the revenue generation process through salary account opening. *Revenue Generation Strategy:* - *Partnerships:* Forge partnerships with banking institutions to facilitate salary account openings for new employees. - *Commission Structure:* Negotiate commission structures with banking partners based on the number of accounts opened. - *Value-added Services:* Offer value-added services to candidates, such as preferential interest rates or additional benefits, to incentivize them to open salary accounts with the company's partnered banks. - *Referral Program:* Implement a referral program where existing employees are incentivized to refer potential candidates, increasing the pool of candidates eligible for salary account opening. *Workflow:* 1. *Candidate Sourcing:* Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates. 2. *Screening and Shortlisting:* Review applications and conduct initial screenings to shortlist qualified candidates. 3. *Interviewing:* Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 4. *Selection:* Select candidates who meet the criteria for sales roles within the company. 5. *Offer and Onboarding:* Extend job offers to selected candidates and assist them through the onboarding process. 6. *Salary Account Opening:* Coordinate with banking partners to initiate the process.
