Sourcing Talents from multiple Job Boards for the in-house job openings.

Attend candidates and do interview formalities and documentation.

Greet newly hired employees.

Organizing important events and helping with various arrangements internally, from Travel to processing Expenses of the organization.

Calendar posts on social media of company pages.

Updating databases internally, such as keeping track of leaves of employees, forming and maintaining employee records, and interviewing and hiring records.

Maintain files in Hard-copy and Soft-copy.

Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Preparing interview and exit forms, do exit formalities by preparing exit documents.

Collect and Manage Expense Invoices.

Communicate with Vendors for day-to-day requirements.

Ensuring the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories.

Inventory Management.

Creating cases and FAQs in Zoho People HRMS.
