HR Executive

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team in Siliguri. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in human resources and a Bachelor's degree.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Recruitment and Selection:** Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to attract qualified candidates.

- **Employee Onboarding:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure they are smoothly integrated into the company culture and understand their roles.

- **Performance Management:** Assist in performance review processes and provide support to managers on performance-related issues, helping to foster employee development.

- **Employee Relations:** Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues, promoting a positive working environment.

- **Policy Implementation:** Help implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.

- **Training Coordination:** Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting their professional development.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with employees at all levels.
