Responsibilities of candidates include:

hiring candidates

ensuring business needs for hiring are met

must have experience in hiring at entry level to senior level positions

maintain registers as per factories act & compliances

solve employee & workers grievances, problems, issues

conduct new joining formalities to their documentation process

office maintenance & repairs

maintain cleanliness of office premises

able to handle day to admin work

good verbal & convincing skills

Experience: 2-3 years with any graduate degree

Job Location: Varachha (Near Getanjali) & Sachin (Special Economic Zone)
