Your Role:

As an HR Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department's day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in creating comprehensive reports on various HR metrics, utilizing Excel to analyze data effectively.

Collaborating with the HR team to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency.

Preparing visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint for training sessions and HR meetings.

Supporting talent acquisition efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Assisting in employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records.

Utilizing your Tally expertise to handle payroll and other financial HR tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

Recent MBA graduate with a specialization in Human Resources.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex reports.

Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint to deliver engaging and informative presentations.

Hands-on experience with Tally for seamless operational handling.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive valuable insights from HR data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, contributing effectively to team projects.
