Job responsibilities will include:

Sourcing Candidates from Job portals and other platforms.

Screening resumes

Conducting Telephonic Interviews with candidates

Taking strong follow-ups

Prepare daily reports and tracker

Following up on the interview process status

Documentation of the candidates

Performing reference and background checks

Client Coordination

Other work as allotted by management

Required Candidate profile:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Strong work ethic.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Basic Recruitment knowledge.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other basic computer skills.

Experience : 0 - 2 Years
