Job responsibilities will include:
â— Sourcing Candidates from Job portals and other platforms.
â— Screening resumes
â— Conducting Telephonic Interviews with candidates
â— Taking strong follow-ups
â— Prepare daily reports and tracker
â— Following up on the interview process status
â— Documentation of the candidates
â— Performing reference and background checks
â— Client Coordination
â— Other work as allotted by management
Required Candidate profile:
