Job responsibilities will include:
● Sourcing Candidates from Job portals and other platforms.
● Screening resumes
● Conducting Telephonic Interviews with candidates
● Taking strong follow-ups
● Prepare daily reports and tracker
● Following up on the interview process status
● Documentation of the candidates
● Performing reference and background checks
● Client Coordination
● Other work as allotted by management
Required Candidate profile:
● Good verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent time management skills.
● Strong work ethic.
● Ability to work as part of a team.
● Basic Recruitment knowledge.
● Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other basic computer skills.
