Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Marketing:

- Develop and execute creative and effective marketing strategies to enhance the organization's employer brand.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for recruitment campaigns, job postings, and social media platforms.

- Implement targeted marketing initiatives to attract top talent, including the use of online channels, events, and partnerships.

2. Business Development:

- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand our talent network and partnerships.

- Foster relationships with industry professionals, organizations, and educational institutions to strengthen the company's presence in the market.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align business development efforts with overall organizational goals.

3. Talent Acquisition:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the organization.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.

- Build a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive networking and engagement.

4. Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.

- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on HR marketing
