End to end Talent acquisition from sourcing, CV shortlisting, scheduling, defining grade and salary fitment and handling salary negotiations

Drafting and Managing vendor contracts for recruitment purpose

Conduct pre-employment medical check up, issue appointment letter and receive acceptance of candidate

Maintain data related to open positions and status of recruitment on real time basis

Performance Management system and Reward management .

Conceptualize, design and deliver induction program for new joiners

Define and determine the Organization design for the upcoming units and businesses

Streamline the reporting structure to optimize the resources available

Handle yearly Manpower and revenue budget for entire location

Training & Development.
