job summary
we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic hr assistant to support our hr operations. the ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in hr activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and employee engagement.
key responsibilities
assist in recruitment activities (screening candidates, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
maintain employee records, hr files, and databases accurately.
manage onboarding & induction processes for new employees.
assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs.
draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other hr-related documents.
handle employee queries and provide effective hr support.
help coordinate training programs, events, and engagement activities.
ensure hr operations comply with company policies and procedures.
support the hr team in daily administrative tasks.
required qualifications & skills
bachelor’s degree in hr, business administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience as hr assistant/hr executive or in similar roles.
good communication and interpersonal skills.
proficiency in ms office (excel, word, powerpoint).
strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
