Job Description

Designation HR cum Admin executive

Only Female preferred

Responsibilities

Providing support in recruitment process with short listing candidates and organizing interview schedule and follow up with the candidates.

Maintaining attendance and Leave records of employees

Updating Statutory Compliance Registers on monthly basis.

Supporting facility management (Stationary items, office assets and infrastructure maintenance).

Placing order and maintaining purchasing records and files

Supporting in maintaining documents for internal and external audits

Working on end to end recruitment life cycle

Calling and sourcing candidates from the given database

Screening resumes and short listing candidates

Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process

Collecting and verifying documents post selection and proceeding offer release

Creating and maintaining documentation of database and progress of each candidate

Maintaining a professional work style and to work as part of the team

Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Tracking candidates and follow-ups, Processing CVs, Updating/Maintaining Internal database.

Identifying the right candidate with right skills to match the requirements of the client.

Evaluating the skills and competencies of the candidate including communication, inter-personal skills, confidence level, presentation and ability to make the right decision.

Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.

Organizing interviews for candidates as requested.

Informing candidates about the results of the interviews.

Negotiating salary pay and finalizing the arrangements between client and candidate.
