Recruitment/Talent Acquisition :

*Understanding & posting job description according to the business requirements.

*Sourcing candidates from various Job portals & screening their resumes as per requirements.

*Arranging interviews, coordinating hiring process and onboarding new employees.

*Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.

*Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

Administrative Work:

*Handling Office Administration, stationery Management.

*Maintain files of Important Documents.

*Taking care of the office inventory/assets.

*Other Routine operational day to day activities.
