Opening For Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Pune, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the housekeeping staff to ensure the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising and training housekeeping staff: You will be responsible for leading and motivating the housekeeping team, providing guidance, and training to ensure high-quality service.

- Inspecting and maintaining cleanliness: You will conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards, and address any issues promptly.

- Managing inventory and supplies: You will be responsible for managing housekeeping supplies, ordering new supplies as needed, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

- Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards: You will enforce safety procedures and sanitation standards to create a clean and safe environment for staff and guests.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in housekeeping management, a graduate degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work well under pressure are also required for this role.
