job summary:

we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented housekeeping team member to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms, public areas, and resort facilities. the ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

responsibilities:

- clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, polishing, and sanitizing

- restock linens, towels, and amenities

- clean public areas, including lobby, corridors, and restrooms

- maintain organization and cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas

- ensure compliance with resort standards and safety protocols

- collaborate with hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in housekeeping or related field

- strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- excellent communication and teamwork skills

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- familiarity with hospitality industry standards and protocols

preferred qualifications:
