**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Cleaning and Maintenance:**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as required.
- Wash and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, appliances, and fixtures.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring fresh and neat presentation.
2. **Inventory Management:**
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies, notifying management when stocks are low.
- Organize cleaning equipment and materials for optimal efficiency.
3. **Laundry Services:**
- Wash, dry, iron, and fold laundry as needed.
- Ensure proper care of clothing and household items per manufacturer instructions.
4. **Safety and Compliance:**
- Follow protocols for safe chemical usage and handling.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
5. **Guest Services (if applicable):**
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
- Provide additional services as required for guest comfort.
6. **Reporting:**
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding workload and priorities.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
**Working Conditions:**
Housekeepers may work in residential homes, hotels, or similar facilities. The role may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals, and physical activities include lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
