📍 Location: Rishyap / Lava, Kalimpong District, North Bengal

THY SOULMATE is a group of beautiful nature homestays located in the scenic hills of Rishyap and Lava. We are currently looking for a dedicated and responsible Male Housekeeping Staff, preferably from Midnapur District, who can assist with daily homestay operations and maintain cleanliness standards.

👨€ðŸ”§ Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the homestay, including:

Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

Changing bed sheets, pillow covers, towels, and ensuring rooms are properly prepared before guest check-in

Maintaining overall hygiene and cleanliness of the homestay property

Assisting guests politely with basic needs during their stay

Helping with basic homestay tasks such as serving tea/food when required

Supporting the homestay manager with daily operational activities

Reporting any maintenance or repair issues immediately

Ensuring guests experience a comfortable and welcoming stay

👤 Candidate Requirements

Male candidate preferred

Preferably from Midnapur District

Honest, disciplined, and hardworking

Ability to work in a hill station environment

Basic understanding of cleanliness and hospitality

Prior experience in hotel, resort, or homestay housekeeping will be an advantage (not mandatory)

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary: ‚¹7,000 per month

Accommodation: Can be provided at the homestay

Friendly working environment in a peaceful hill destination
