job summary:

lumi shop is looking for a responsible and hardworking housekeeping / office boy to maintain cleanliness, assist in office tasks, and support the daily operations of our workplace. the ideal candidate will ensure a clean and organized work environment while also handling minor administrative duties.

key responsibilities:

housekeeping & maintenance:

maintain cleanliness in the office, showroom, and storage areas.

ensure the pantry, washrooms, and common areas are hygienic and well-stocked.

handle waste disposal and manage office cleanliness daily.

office support tasks:

serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.

assist in handling office supplies and restocking inventory when needed.

help in the packaging and dispatch of orders as per requirements.

manage document distribution, filing, and photocopying tasks.

support staff with basic administrative and operational activities.

skills & qualifications:

minimum 1 years of experience in office assistance or housekeeping.

basic communication skills in kannada , hindi.

well-mannered, punctual, and disciplined.

ability to multitask and follow instructions effectively.

prior experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus.
