Hotel Supervisor (1-3 Years)

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our establishment located in Paharganj. This part-time role requires a motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Front Desk Operations: Supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth guest check-in and check-out processes, enhancing guest satisfaction.

- Coordinate Housekeeping Activities: Oversee housekeeping teams to guarantee that rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards, ensuring a comfortable environment for guests.

- Assist with Staff Training: Provide training and guidance to new staff members, helping them to understand hotel policies and procedures to ensure cohesive teamwork and exceptional service.
