Urgent Hiring – Hotel Staff (Overseas)

Key Responsibilities:

- Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all guest information is accurate and up to date.

- Room Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping to ensure that rooms are clean and well-maintained, promptly reporting any maintenance issues.

- Billing and Payments: Handle billing and payment transactions accurately, ensuring proper record-keeping and compliance with hotel policies.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff members, including kitchen and maintenance teams, to provide seamless service and enhance the guest experience.
