Hotel Staff - Portugal

We are looking for dedicated hotel staff to join our team in Portugal. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. This position is full-time and requires you to work from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests as they check-in and check-out, ensuring a warm welcome and addressing any inquiries they may have during their stay.

- Room Preparation: Assist in preparing rooms and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and hospitality standards, creating a pleasant environment for guests.

- Maintain Supplies: Keep track of inventory for cleaning and guest supplies, informing management of any shortages to ensure operations run smoothly.

- Assist in Events: Support the setup and coordination of events or functions within the hotel, helping to ensure everything runs efficiently.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in various departments to provide excellent service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting. A minimum of a 10th-grade education is necessary. Strong communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to work efficiently in a team. Candidates should be organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor and a commitment to superior guest service are a must.
