Salary Package: 70k to 1 l per month

Working Experience: at least 5-10 yrs. into Hotel/Resorts

Qualification: Any Graduate

Required Skills:

5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Hotel Industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.

Excellent organizational, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Generate sales and revenue for the hotel.

Responsible for corporate and travel agent room sales for hotels.

Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.

Represent hotel in various events and exhibition.

Participate in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and / or close on business.

Targeting key accounts potential for the company.

Manages and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.

Closely following up on all business leads.

Ability to execute and develop effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, leads and sales.
