We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Management Intern. Responsibilities:

Assist with daily hotel operations, including front desk duties, reservations, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.

Learn and utilize hotel management software and systems for reservations, guest check-ins, and inventory management.

Shadow and support department managers in various areas, such as human resources, finance, sales, and marketing.

Assist in organizing and coordinating hotel events, meetings, and special projects.

Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and operations across all departments.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge related to hotel management.

Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to provide insights for improving hotel services and operations.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a hospitality management, hotel administration, or related degree program.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
