designation : consultant– hotel & car booking

location : mumbai

education : any graduate , diploma in iata would be a plus

experience: 3 to 5 years

industry : travel and tourism

notice period : immediate to 15 days

roles and responsibilities:

• facilitating the hotel & car bookings for domestic sector

• interacting with vendors on day-to-day basis for the client requirements

• will be responsible for providing customer support to clients related to car and hotel booking.

• making professional, accurate, cost arrangements for clients while providing excellent customer service

• liaising with accounts for proper billing execution and payment collection

• verify the transaction to process the billing.

• reversal within 2 – 24 hours on car / hotel booking.
