Urgent Requirement For Hostel Warden

We are looking for a Hostel Warden to manage and oversee our hostel's daily operations in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing hostel environments and strong interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervise Residents:** Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents by monitoring their activities and providing support as needed.

- **Maintain Discipline:** Enforce hostel rules and regulations to promote a respectful and harmonious living environment.

- **Manage Conflicts:** Address and resolve disputes among residents professionally and fairly, fostering a positive community.

- **Coordinate Activities:** Organize social and recreational events to encourage resident engagement and interaction.

- **Housekeeping Oversight:** Ensure that the hostel is clean and well-maintained, working with staff for timely upkeep.

- **Liaise with Management:** Communicate regularly with hostel management to report on issues, suggest improvements, and implement policies.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates must have completed at least their 12th grade education.

- A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
