guest relations:
provide exceptional customer service to all guests and address any concerns or issues.
ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
manage bookings, reservations, and cancellations.
collect guest feedback and implement improvements.
operations management:
oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient hostel functioning.
manage housekeeping, maintenance, and other hostel services to ensure cleanliness and safety.
coordinate with suppliers and vendors for essential hostel supplies and services.
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
financial management:
prepare and manage the hostels budget, ensuring cost-efficiency.
monitor and manage revenue streams (room rates, sales of food and beverages, tours, etc.).
ensure timely processing of payments, invoices, and bookkeeping.
analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
