2) eca (education credential assessment) validated by either wes or iqas

what you will be doing as a home support worker:
• provide client care and support, alongside an exception care team made up of nurses and other home support workers
• support day-to-day living for independent care for vulnerable members in community
• maintain a safe and healthy environment
• update supervisor and care teams accordingly
• provide community-based support to people who need it and their families
if you have no formal education in the healthcare field and are still interested in a career as a allied healthcare worker, anderson blake can provide educational pathways that lead to entry level career in healthcare.
role requirements:
• experience with personal support and independent living for vulnerable population
• must have a driver’s licence with 12 months of driving experience in home country
• must be willing to partake in a certificate program offered by a reputable canadian college
• must provide ministry of transportation’s driving abstract
