Job Responsibilities

1. Provide professional nursing care to patients at their homes.

2. Monitor vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature and SpO2.

3. Administer injections (IV / IM / SC) as prescribed by the doctor.

4. Provide IV fluid administration and medication management.

5. Perform catheter care and Ryles tube care.

6. Assist patients with daily activities and personal hygiene.

7. Provide wound dressing and basic nursing procedures.

8. Monitor patient health conditions and report changes to the concerned medical team.

9. Maintain proper patient care records and duty reports.

10. Provide compassionate care and ensure patient safety.

Required Skills

- Good nursing and patient-care skills.

- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Responsible, punctual and dedicated to patient care.

- Willingness to work in home care settings.
