You will be doing the owner of the company's job. You will be:
-onboarding new clients into the business includes visiting their homes in Goa
-signing a contract to onboard them.
-managing the workforce
-hiring people
-doing simple accounting
-reporting all events to the owner of the business
-searching online for luxury homes that we can onboard in the business.
-listing their homes on websites such as Airbnb, booking, and Vrbo.
-managing the first 3 Airbnb homes until more workforce hiring is required. (you will be an executive manager when more managers are hired)
.This job's salary is based upon the effort put in. If you manage to onboard multiple clients your salary will increase subsequently. Keep in mind that you must be able to talk in Hindi, Konkani, and English. English is very important as the owner of the company only speaks English and you will have to report back to him.
Keep in mind that this job requires you to have a laptop and mobile phone, transportation vehicle, and flexible hours. Once things start running smoothly you will not have to travel from one place to another as others will be hired for that.
