📢 Urgent Hiring – Wire Company, Dadri NTPC (Helper Profile)

📍 Location: Dadri, NTPC

👷‍♂ Profile: Helper – Wire Manufacturing Plant

🔧 Job Role:

Work with iron wires (3kg, 5kg, 7kg bundles)

Assist machine operators in cutting, packing, and lifting bundles

Physically demanding work – lifting and packaging required

🕒 Shift Timing:

8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

15 days Day Shift + 15 days Night Shift (Rotational, compulsory)

💰 Salary & Benefits:

₹15,056/month in-hand

+ PF & ESIC (separate)

+ ₹500 Attendance Bonus (on 26 full days of duty)

Performance Increment every 3 months (₹500 – ₹3000)

Helper to Operator Promotion (via exam every 6 months)

Final CTC after deductions approx. ₹19,000+

📌 Requirements:

Only from Bihar, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh

NOT for local or nearby candidates

Minimum Education: 10th Pass

Must carry:

Resume

Aadhaar Card

Passport-size photo

Bag with personal items (Immediate joining)

🏠 Accommodation:

Room available for ₹1000/month (can be shared)

Bring ₹1000 for room rent during joining

📅 Interview & Joining:

No formal interview – Direct joining

Interview & Joining: Monday or Tuesday

Salary starts same day
