Healthcare Manager (1-5 Years)

We are looking for a Healthcare Manager to oversee operations in our facility located in Pune. This is a part-time position that requires a dedicated individual with a passion for improving healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee everyday activities to ensure that the healthcare facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Coordinate Patient Care: Work with healthcare staff to ensure patients receive the highest quality care and that their needs are met promptly.

- Compliance Oversight: Ensure that the facility complies with health regulations and standards, thereby maintaining safety and quality in all operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have between 1 to 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a similar role. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for managing staff and daily operations. Effective communication skills are necessary to interact with patients and colleagues.
