Health Agency/Business Builder: Advisers/Agents are appointed to generate business by selling health products.
The JD is:
Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned region.
Responsible for licensing & tracking activation of the same regularly.
Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
Health Broking- Under Health broking, the business generation is through Brokers that are available in the market. These brokers in turn, help the clients to pay for coverage and provides with qualified health plan available in the market place.
The JD is:
Achieving the sales target through brokers and generating business through them.
Training the brokers to generate business, will be dealing exclusively with Health product
Actively liaising with external / internal stakeholders towards structuring large and specialized product deals.
