Job Description

1. market research and analysis

• conduct in-depth research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.

• analyze competitors and develop strategies to differentiate the company’s offerings.

2. identifying new business opportunities

• identify and target potential clients who need injection molding services.

• develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across industries, such as automotive, electronics, medical, and consumer goods.

3. client relationship management

• build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

• act as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing updates and handling any issues or concerns.

4. proposal development and negotiation

• collaborate with engineering and production teams to prepare technical proposals that meet client specifications.

• negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure favorable agreements that benefit both the client and the company.

5. sales and revenue generation

• drive sales targets by promoting the company’s capabilities and services.

• develop strategies for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize revenue per client.

6. product and solution development

• work with r&d and product development teams to explore opportunities for new product lines or enhancements that meet market demands.

• identify and introduce new products to tap into emerging niches or custom requirements.

7. strategic planning and goal setting

• develop short- and long-term business development plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals, such as aa novatech’s target of a 100 crore turnover in five years.

• track kpis and adjust strategies based on performance data and market changes.

8. networking and brand building

• attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase visibility, foster partnerships, and stay updated on industry advancement
