We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Baker to lead our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team to deliver exceptional baked products.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bakery production (bread, pastries, cakes, etc.)
Develop and standardize recipes to ensure consistency and quality
Manage and train bakery staff for efficient operations
Plan production schedules based on demand and orders
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
Monitor inventory, order raw materials, and control wastage
Maintain quality control and presentation of all baked items
Introduce new products and seasonal menus

Required Skills:
Strong expertise in artisan bread, pastries, and baking techniques
Knowledge of fermentation, dough handling, and baking science
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good time management and organizational skills
Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP preferred)

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 1 years of experience in bakery operations
At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or Head Baker role
Diploma or certification in Bakery & Pastry Arts (preferred)
