Roles and Responsibilities

# Work closely with technical leads and Product Managers to meet deliverables and contribute in data-driven development.

# Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

# Responsibility for the complete implementation of detailed technical items and an understanding/appreciation of system level items.

# Knowledge of Hardware Trouble Shooting in Desktop & Laptop, parts Replacement.

# Monitoring and reporting of progress of development to immediate supervisor and development team.

# Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Router , Switches, CCTV etc

# Support 3rd party computer applications and ensure the connectivity and the security of the network.

Desired Candidate Profile

# Knowledge of Hardware and Network Trouble Shooting in Desktop & Laptop, parts Replacement, Windows, office & other Software issues, Microsoft Outlook& Outlook Express.
