As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services and creating stunning hairstyles that align with our clients' desires and personal style.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of hair care services including haircuts, styling, coloring, highlighting, and hair extensions.

Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and any specific concerns or requests.

Provide expert recommendations and advice on suitable hairstyles, colors, and treatments based on clients' individual features, hair type, and desired results.

Execute precise and skillful haircuts, ensuring clean lines, proper layering, and desired shape and length.

Apply various coloring techniques, including full-color applications, highlights, lowlights, balayage, and ombre, to create vibrant and personalized looks.

Install, maintain, and remove hair extensions, weaves, or other hair enhancements as requested by clients.

Conduct thorough hair and scalp analysis to identify any underlying issues or conditions, and recommend appropriate treatments or products.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and industry developments in hair styling, coloring, and care.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, sanitize tools and equipment regularly, and adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

Educate clients on proper hair care routines, recommended products, and styling techniques to maintain their desired look at home.

Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, training, and certifications.
