Hair Dresser (1-7 Years)

We are seeking a skilled Hair Dresser to join our team in Burdwan, Purba Bardhaman. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 7 years of experience and a passion for hair styling and care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hair Cutting and Styling: Provide a variety of cutting and styling services tailored to clients’ preferences, ensuring a professional finish.

- Hair Coloring: Apply different coloring techniques, such as highlights and balayage, while advising clients on suitable colors that complement their features.

- Hair Treatments: Recommend and perform treatments for hair care, such as conditioning and damage repair, to enhance the health and appearance of clients’ hair.

- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized hair care experience.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the work area is clean and organized, maintaining hygiene standards for tools and equipment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess strong skills in hair cutting, coloring, and various styling techniques. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as a friendly demeanor to build rapport with clients. A proactive attitude towards learning new trends and techniques in hairdressing is expected, along with the ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment. Experience in customer service is an advantage, contributing to a positive client experience. This is a full-time position requiring presence at the office.
