Job Description

welcoming guests in a professional way. addressing and escalating customer complaints. providing information about facilities, programs and other services.

responsibilities

1. gre/sr. gre is responsible for the sales & operation of the outlet.

2. he/she ensures a warm welcome to all guest and provide an ever-lasting experience

3. he/she should be well verse about the product and should be able to do suggestive & upselling.

4. he/she should perform all the correct steps while taking orders and collate all the necessary statements.

5. he/she ensures proper service & ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

6. he/she maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the outlet.

7. he/she takes care of the accounting settlements, presents the cheque to the customer.

8. he/she also tracks the inventories of all the items on daily basis and getting the service stations replenished at all times.

qualifications

• required qualifications: - should be min 10+2 or graduate

• excellent verbal and written communication skills

• experience (years) – 1-4 years

• nature of experience – preferable from retail / hospitality industry (pref. to be given to candidates from hotels
